Milgard® builds vinyl windows and patio doors at its Arizona plant in Prescott Valley, about 85 miles north of Phoenix. As a Milgard Certified Dealer, we install its Tuscany, Trinsic and C700 fiberglass windows, plus its patio doors, in Chandler homes with our own crews.
Tell us your neighborhood and whether an HOA reviews windows. We'll quote the Milgard lines and colors that fit, at no cost.
Start with the look. Tuscany's wider frame and equal sightlines create shadow lines for a traditional face, which can suit older homes, though Silk Stocking's designated houses need city sign-off first. Its SmartTouch lock comes on sliders and single-hungs. Trinsic keeps the frame narrow and the glass area large for a slim, modern look. C700 fiberglass comes in 6 colors, black included, giving owners in Ocotillo or Fulton Ranch several shades to check against the HOA's approved list.

Milgard sells through its network of Certified Dealers, and we're one of them. You can compare Tuscany, Trinsic and C700 side by side in one quote, then have the same company install them.
Every installer on your job is a Vezina employee, never a subcontractor. The company that orders your windows is the one that sets them, seals them and answers for the work.
Before you order, we go over the standard Replacement Product Lifetime Limited Warranty and the optional Full Lifetime upgrade, so you know what each one covers.
Both Ocotillo and Fulton Ranch have HOAs with approved window colors and an architectural review step. Pick your Milgard line and color, get the HOA's approval, and then we place the order. We can give you the product details the HOA asks for.
The Silk Stocking historic district overlay, created in April 2024, covers 23 designated homes on Washington and Coronado streets. Window changes to a designated home need a Certificate of No Effect or a Certificate of Appropriateness from the city's historic preservation officer first.
If SRP powers your home, you may qualify for $3 per square foot on ENERGY STAR replacement windows. The windows need a U-factor of 0.32 or lower and an SHGC of 0.23 or lower, and they must go in before April 30, 2027. APS lists no window rebate. Terms verified October 2026 at srpnet.com.

A Milgard replacement starts with a visit. We measure each opening, help you choose a line, color and glass, and confirm permit needs with the city's plan review staff. Then our crew takes out the old windows and installs the new ones. SunCoat Low-E2 glass comes standard and cuts UV rays by up to 84 percent. For rooms that bake in the afternoon, ask about SunCoatMAX. Our window replacement page covers egress sizes and permits in more detail.

Tell us how many windows and doors you have, which line interests you, and whether your HOA reviews colors. We'll follow up within one business day.

The Replacement Product Lifetime Limited Warranty covers the original buyer for as long as they own and live in the home. Later owners get 10 years, since it transfers with the home. The glass seal is covered for 20 years, and hardware and labor for 10 years each. Broken glass isn't included, apart from stress cracks during the first year. These terms took effect January 1, 2026.
It's an optional upgrade on Tuscany, Trinsic and C700 in Milgard's service territory. You have to buy it at the time of sale, and it covers the original owner only. It adds glass breakage plus labor and shipping, which fills the glass breakage gap in the standard warranty. Not every Milgard window carries it, so ask for it by name when we quote if you want that coverage.
Start with the SHGC, the share of the sun's heat that gets through. ENERGY STAR's Southern-zone limit is 0.23. SunCoat, Milgard's standard two-coat Low-E glass, comes on all its dual-pane windows and patio doors. SunCoatMAX uses three coats, and Milgard says it reduces solar heat gain more than two-coat glass. The company notes that in hot southern climates, blocking solar heat gain comes first. Check the NFRC label on any unit we quote for its exact SHGC.
Black is one of the 6 colors in Milgard's C700 fiberglass line. Whether it's allowed is up to your HOA, since both communities keep approved window colors and run architectural review. Send the HOA your color and line before we order, and get its answer in writing. If black isn't approved, the other C700 colors give you more options to bring back.
Yes. C700 is Milgard's fiberglass line, introduced in October 2025, for windows plus sliding and swinging patio doors. Milgard says it has up to a 10 percent improvement in thermal performance over C650. It's built to ENERGY STAR Version 7.0 and comes in 6 colors, including black. If you're weighing it against Tuscany or Trinsic vinyl, we can quote both for the same openings.
Maybe, if you qualify. Chandler's Exterior Home Improvement Loan is for income-qualified owner-occupants and covers replacing or repairing windows and exterior doors. It offers up to $20,000, fully forgiven after 5 years. Ask the city about its rules before you pick a product. We're happy to quote Milgard options for the same openings.
