What do you need from us to bid?
Plans are the starting point: the full set, or at least the sheets that show insulation and the building envelope. Add your target dates and any spec sections. Expect a detailed bid within 48 hours of receiving them, and one point of contact for questions.
Do you work near Sky Harbor and in Deer Valley?
Yes. We take commercial work across the city, from the Sky Harbor Center area to Deer Valley's employment centers and industrial land. Downtown and the rest of the Central City village are covered too. Phoenix City Hall is about 15 minutes from our office on I-10 without traffic.
Which insulation suits a metal building?
Closed-cell spray foam is a strong fit. It's dense and rigid, and it resists air and water vapor better than open-cell foam. Its R-value, a measure of how well it slows heat, runs about R-6 per inch. Both foams seal air leaks where they're sprayed. We'll match the depth to the R-value your plans call for.
Can you do windows and insulation on the same building?
Yes. Windows, doors and insulation can share one contract with us. On the glass side, we install Milgard, Andersen, LaCantina, Western Window Systems and Win-Dor. One crew and one point of contact cover the scope, which keeps handoffs simple.
How large a project can you take on?
Our range runs from a single home to a 500-unit community, all staffed with our own employees. Tell us your square footage, phases and schedule, and we'll plan crews to match. Big or small, the bid comes from our own team.
Which energy code applies to my project?
Arizona has no statewide energy code. Cities choose their own IECC edition and may add local changes. Inside city limits, the edition the City of Phoenix enforces is the one that applies. We install to it, and the city inspects the work.
