Do you install spray foam on metal buildings?

Yes. Closed-cell foam gives about R-6 per inch and resists air and water vapor, so it's a common choice for metal walls and roofs with little depth. Open-cell foam is lighter and softer, at about R-3.6 per inch. Both seal air leaks where they're sprayed. We match the foam to the building and the plans.

Can you work around our GC's schedule?

Yes. Our project manager sets crew days off the GC's schedule. Because our crews are Vezina employees, we decide who shows up and when, not a subcontractor. The City of Scottsdale inspects commercial work, so we time our work to its inspections.

Which energy code applies to our project?

Arizona has no statewide energy code. Instead, every city or county picks its own IECC edition and may amend it. Confirm the edition with the City of Scottsdale when you permit the job. We install to the R-values on your approved plans.
